Listen: Dj Khaled Drops “Top Off” Ft. Jay Z, Beyoncé, and Future

I couldn’t think of a better way to start a Friday, than with some new music from Beyoncé! Yes, I know there are three other people apart of the track, but let’s make sure we’re all clear on who the real star is here: Beyoncé! She’s been super elusive with us, musically wise anyway, so any chance I get to hear new sounds from her I’m all over it! 

In this new track, “Top Off”, our girl can be heard giving us a singing/rap style, that I’ve become obsessed with! In her verse, Bey can be heard paying homage to Philly rapper, Meek Mill, who’s currently incarcerated. She also takes time to point out that nothing about her is fake including her body, ice and money! 

Hubby, Jay Z also gives us a powerful verse, where he also makes a Meek Mill reference: “Screaming free my nigga Meek Mill!” On top of that, the track is produced by Dj Khaled so you know it’s a hit. Now, when it comes to Future’s contribution, let’s just say that I could’ve done it myself. I mean I honestly was not impressed.
