I live for creative young individuals who possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a clear goal. They seem to carry themselves with a confidence that is only reserved for the determined few who aren't phased by questions like: "What if they don't like it?" or "What if I fail?" But instead, they face those doubts and naysayers with a question of their own: "What if I fly?!"

And of course these individuals are even better when they are WOMEN! ( I may be a little biased lol). A few of my fave female bosses all just happen to be clothing designers. They each have different aesthetics but share a common goal: to make them pieces hit. (You thought I would have said something inspirational didn't you?) No but seriously they all want to see their brands on the backs of consumers both big and small all in an effort to help their lines flourish!

Below I briefly touch on why these ladies are indeed some of my BossCrushes/Faves.

Alnika

Alnika is the owner of Lovello Elizabeth. Her brand is more on the causal/sporty side which of course is very versatile. Her pieces can be dressed up or down, maximizing their usage and wearability (making the most of your money). Alnika's drive and marketability is what stands out the most in my opinion. She is clearly determined to make her brand a household name and I definitely see it coming to pass. She is a designer who is always reinventing herself all while staying true to herself. Cierra

Cierra is a young woman of style and grace... Her pieces aim to cover almost every aspect of a woman's wardrobe. Her designs include women's underwear, causal wear, swim wear, evening wear, basically whatever you need, make sure you check out ThrillaSeven! She even has something for the fellas too! When I first stumbled upon her page on Instagram I instantly became obsessed with everything she is about. I was so excited, that I made her one of the first features on my site! Lucreatia (Cree)

Lucreatia or Cree's, pieces are dressy, sexy and super chic. Her looks are basically the wardrobe equivalent to the soundtrack of my life! I mean her tag line says it all : "A little skin never hurts". Her designs are all custom made and are designed to compliment the skin you're in. Her looks step outside of the box and can help you bring your dream prom, birthday or any special event to life! Also with a BFA in Fashion Design from the Moore College of Art and Design, Cree shows us just why she's such a boss! She actualizing a dream and that alone is amazing.
